Return and refund policy

At Chairs Direct, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

For all other returns, prior approval is required. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and our team will review your request and advise you of the available options.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Approved returns may be subject to the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 25% restocking fee.

If you choose to exchange your item instead of returning it, we will waive the restocking fee.
